All food workers are required by regulations of the Jefferson County Department of Health to either take the Food Handler training course from the Health Department, to take the online Food Handler Course at JCDH Food Handler or to be trained by a Certified Food Safety Manager.
After clicking the link below; choose Individual Registration, enter your name, finish registration, complete the course. When finished print your card. If you cannot print the card, save your card to your computer/device used for training course.
